Michael Hardie (RMT)
Michael is a graduate from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy.
Through Massage Therapy, Michael has found a way to exercise his passion for helping people restore strength and balance to their bodies. During his time at CCMH, he has worked with a diverse range of clients, from preventative/rehab care for athletes to those recovering post-surgery and chronic pain.
He takes an evidence based approach to his practice through assessment findings, tailoring each treatment session to the unique needs of his clients.
Michael has spent most of his life in sports, playing competitive Hockey. Now he spends most of his time working out, with family and friends, or outdoors with his two golden retrievers, Kevin and Morgan.

Kayte Turney
Kayte Turney is a 200HR certified yoga instructor and carries extra certifications in the specialties of Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Vinyasa Krama. Kayte is committed to creating a supportive and nurturing environment in her classes. She meets her students where they are and gently encourages them to explore a deeper side of themselves throughout their practice. Wellness and mind/body empowerment are integrated in all that Kayte does and teaches. She is fascinated with the ancient wisdom and lineage of yoga as well as the energetic component.
Molly Cooper
Molly, originally from Antigonish is a recent graduate from Eastern College’s 2200 hour massage therapy program. Molly is excited to provide an evidence based approach to meet her clients needs and expectations. Previously a registered dental assistant, Molly is confident in providing relief to those who suffer from TMJ related pain and discomfort. Molly also offers deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy among other things.
From ages 11-17 Molly was heavily active with Taekwondo and competed all around the province and metaling at the Canada Open 2016 in Toronto. Now Molly likes to spend her time curled up next to her cat Ruby with a good book, on the beach in the summer or heading back home to Antigonish for a visit with friends.

Amy Miller
Amy worked as a continuing care assistant and an educational program assistant for 7+ years. She recently found her new passion for administrative work and excels as Bee Well’s administrative office manager. In her spare time Amy loves to hang with her husband & son and enjoys relaxing at home. She also loves making people laugh with her bubbly, energetic personality.
Shelly MacKeigan
Shelly worked in the administration field in her early twenties but switched career paths to pursue Clinical Research. She worked as a Clinical Trials Coordinator for thirteen years completing her certification as a phlebotomy technician and Certification for Clinical Research through SOCRA. After taking a couple years off to spend time with her growing boys, Shelly decided to go back to work in the administrative field, part time. In her spare time she loves spending time with her family including her two cocker spaniels.
