YOGA
The physical, mental and health benefits of yoga are endless. We love being able to offer yoga to our community as it embodies so many of the practices we preach here at Bee Well. Some classes are even taugh by our very own practitioners! Our class offerings may vary but typically we offer a Hatha Vinyasa class and pre-natal yoga.
Bee Well offers regular 8 week yoga sessions for $128 + tax

Please bring a method of payment to your first class, we accept cash, cheque, debit
and credit.
You will be asked to sign a waver prior to your first class.
BRING A YOGA MAT and water
