Bedford Main Office

Our warm & friendly space, located on Duke street near the Bedford Commons shopping area and Maritime Dance is our main office. With a spacious waiting room, full kitchen, 500sq/ft rehab space and 7 treatment rooms, you are sure to find what you need here!

We have 10 practitioners and 7 different disciplines (check out our services pages). We also offer weekly yoga classes and monthly breathwork workshops in our rehab/gym space.
