Breathwork Session with SAM Lightwork

Breathwork is an active meditation technique that facilitates an emotional release. You will be guided through 18-23 minutes of an active two part rhythmic breathwork pattern followed by 15-25 minutes of restful guided meditation. You can expect the use of essential oils, crystals and chimes to deepen your experience.
